The Tehrmal Augmented Day Sight (TADS) offfers night vision in complete darkness through the weapons day sight using uncooled, microbolometer focal plan array technology. Diversified Optical Products Inc. utilizes its proven signal processing techniques to produce high-quality thermal images. Two models are available: the TADS 850 and the TADS 114. The TADS 850 features the same tri-mount as the company's NADS system, man-sized target acquisition tested to 1,015 meters, and an optional separate eyepiece scope for handheld applications.
